1. An 18 year old man presents to the GP with flaking scaly skin on his elbows and scalp. He also reports joint pain. Microscopically there is loss of the granular layer of the epidermis with clubbing of rete ridges.

5. A middle aged gentleman presents with an eruption of purple flat topped papules with mother of pearl sheen. The lesions are on the flexor surface of his wrist. On histology there is hyperkeratosis with basal cell degeneration.
